I forget the name of the flick but it's on cable and real cool.

I love The Last Waltz. I loved The Band! So many greats were there besides those you mentioned. To name just a few of my favorites:
    Ringo Starr
    Bob Dylan
    Eric Clapton
    Van Morrison
    Ron Wood!

I also love Woodstock but I think there should be an extra zero there. I believe there were a half a million hippies there.
I sure wish I'd been one of them!

Rock and Roll High School is FANtastic fun. I believe Phil Spector produced the Ramones for that soundtrack! Only the greatest producer ever!
It's one of my favorites, 4 sure!

Spinal Tap!!!! God, I love that movie. It's such a shame Cherie's parts were not left intact.

She looked great in that one-legged blue thingy and the 'Video Games' song, she was singing with THE DOSE when trying out for Spinal Tap's opening act opening, sounded like a way cool song.
I love how S.T. changed their collective mind about rejecting her band once they laid eyes on her!

This scene was included on the Lasar Disc version of the movie and then "ALL" of her bits were supposedly included on the Criterion DVD release, several years later.

    Some other favorite Rock Movies:
    A Hard Days Night
    Help
    Don't Look Back (Dylan)
    Roadie
Ladies And Gentlemen, The Fabulous Stains

    and so many others!
